We started making films for a couple reasons. Being in the industry photographing weddings for almost two decades, we’ve learned that films can do things photos cannot. They fill in the gaps and with audio, the experience is more immersive. We also wanted to create an experience with our films. It’s not just about
making films but about making the whole experience cohesive, simple, authentic, and memorable. We believe the experience of working with any creative becomes part of the final product. This is why each film is unique to each client because each experience is unique.

Of course, we love to travel as much as possible! We’ve shot films from the East Coast to the West Coast. We’re available to shoot worldwide as well.
Of course. We love connecting before the wedding, whether that’s a phone or video call. It’s a chance to get to know each other, talk through your priorities, and start building the trust that allows us to tell your story in the most authentic way.
We do! We also offer a documentary edits. This includes all the formalities of your wedding day and is presented in a much more watchable way vs. potentially sitting through an hour or longer ceremony. We can also create a longer 30 minute film if that's preferred.
We prefer to chose the music for you. Instead of choosing a song that might be relevant now we like to choose songs that carry the film without overpowering it. Finding the perfect song is no easy task. Piecing the film together is like a puzzle and the right song is part of that puzzle. We'd love to chat further about it in a meeting if you'd like!
In an effort to remain as green as possible, we deliver our films digitally via a private website. You, of course, can add a hard drive to your package if you prefer.
Yes! When you book Stagger Films, you’re booking a small, dedicated team who’ve grown and trained together, not a revolving door of freelancers. You’ll know who your filmmakers are ahead of time, and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and confident with the people capturing your day. And throughout the entire process, Michael will be your main point of contact, guiding you, answering questions, and making sure every detail is taken care of.
